If you are experiencing frequent flashbacks, severe dissociation, or an inability to function in daily life, PHP offers a stabilized environment during the day, while allowing you to return home at night.

  • The Structure: 6 hours a day, 5 days a week.
  • The Goal: Immediate stabilization, nervous system regulation, and safety planning.

  1. Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)

Our Trauma IOP is a structured “step-down” or early intervention program. It is ideal for those who are functioning but find that trauma triggers are preventing them from reaching their full potential at work or in relationships.

  • The Structure: 3 hours a day, 3 to 5 days a week.
  • The Goal: Identifying core trauma themes, practicing grounding skills in the “real world,” and building long-term resilience.
