Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)

Our Katy location offers a partial hospitalization program (PHP) that provides intensive support tailored for both mental health and addiction issues without the need for overnight stays.

This program is ideal for adolescents and adults stepping down from inpatient care or who require a structured treatment environment during the day. Clients can return to their homes each evening, maintaining their personal life connections while actively participating in their recovery journey. This program is designed to integrate seamlessly into daily life, thus enhancing recovery by balancing rigorous therapeutic interventions with everyday living.

Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)

The intensive outpatient program (IOP) at our Katy center is designed to offer a structured yet flexible treatment schedule suitable for individuals who are transitioning from PHP or need more support than what traditional outpatient programs offer.

This program supports mental health and addiction recovery and is available to adolescents and adults. It includes a comprehensive treatment plan that encompasses psychiatric care, medication management, and multiple weekly sessions of group and individual therapy. The IOP allows clients to continue managing their daily responsibilities while receiving critical mental health services, facilitating a balanced approach to recovery.

Outpatient Program (OP) and Aftercare

At New Dimensions, we view recovery as an ongoing journey that requires continuous support, particularly after completing more intensive treatment programs. Our outpatient (OP) and aftercare programs at the Katy location are crafted to promote long-term success and prevent relapse for both mental health and addiction issues, serving adolescents and adults alike.

These programs are customized to accommodate individual schedules and specific needs, providing clients with the tools necessary to sustain mental wellness and sobriety in their everyday lives. Beyond the duration of structured treatment, we offer ongoing support through individual therapy and support groups, reinforcing our clients’ resilience and stability.

Online Addiction & Mental Health Treatment Programs in Texas
