Our partial hospitalization program (PHP) in The Woodlands offers intensive treatment during the day, allowing clients to return home at night. This program is ideal for those who need more structure than traditional outpatient services but do not require overnight hospitalization. PHP is perfect for those transitioning from inpatient care, providing a supportive bridge back to everyday life while still receiving the intensive care needed to maintain progress.

Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)

The intensive outpatient program (IOP) at New Dimensions in The Woodlands is designed for individuals who need a robust support system while maintaining their daily responsibilities. This program includes psychiatric care, medication management, and multiple weekly therapy sessions, both group and individual. IOP is ideal for those stepping down from PHP or requiring more comprehensive care than standard outpatient services.

Outpatient Care and Continuing Support

Our outpatient treatment program in The Woodlands is designed to support long-term recovery and prevent relapse. We offer flexible scheduling to meet individual needs, allowing clients to continue their daily activities while receiving ongoing support. Our aftercare programs include individual therapy and support groups, ensuring that clients have the resources they need to maintain mental health and sobriety even after completing the initial treatment.

Virtual Mental Health & Addiction Treatment Programs

Recognizing the importance of accessibility in mental health and addiction treatment, New Dimensions offers comprehensive telehealth options for outpatient care. These virtual programs are designed to provide the same high-quality therapy, group support, and psychiatric consultations as our in-person services. Through secure video conferencing, clients can participate in individual therapy sessions, join group therapy, and receive medication management and psychiatric evaluations from the comfort of their homes. Our telehealth services are ideal for Texas residents who face geographic or mobility barriers, ensuring that distance or physical limitations do not impede access to critical mental health care. This approach not only enhances convenience but also allows for continuity of care, making it easier for clients to stay engaged in their treatment plans.

Psychological Testing & Mental Health Evaluations

At New Dimensions Day Treatment Centers, we offer psychological testing services to help individuals gain a clearer understanding of their mental health. Our assessments can evaluate cognitive functions, emotional well-being, personality traits, and potential psychological disorders. Whether you need clarification on an existing diagnosis or are seeking to identify underlying mental health issues, our comprehensive testing process provides valuable insights. These assessments can stand alone or be part of a broader treatment plan, helping to tailor interventions that meet your specific needs and enhance the effectiveness of your mental health care.

Drug and Alcohol Intervention Services

Our intervention services in The Woodlands are designed to support families and loved ones in encouraging individuals to seek treatment for substance abuse. Led by experienced professionals, our interventions are structured to be supportive and non-confrontational, focusing on creating a constructive dialogue about the impact of substance use. During the intervention, our team helps families communicate their concerns effectively, aiming to break through denial and motivate the individual to recognize the need for treatment. We provide guidance on how to approach the situation sensitively and offer immediate support following the intervention. Our comprehensive intervention process includes follow-up care, ensuring that both the individual and their family receive the necessary support to start the journey toward recovery and maintain long-term sobriety.

Integrated Dual Diagnosis Treatment Center

For individuals grappling with both substance use disorders and mental health issues, our dual diagnosis treatment in The Woodlands offers a comprehensive, integrated approach. This treatment model simultaneously addresses both conditions through psychiatric care, individual and group counseling, behavioral therapies, and support groups. Our multidisciplinary team works collaboratively to create a cohesive treatment plan that considers all individual health aspects. By treating mental health and substance use issues together, we aim to improve overall outcomes, enhance the quality of life, and reduce the risk of relapse.
