New Dimensions provides mental health help for adolescents and adults who are struggling with mental health or substance abuse issues. New Dimensions has locations in Katy, The Woodlands, and the Clear Lake area of Houston, Texas and offers online virtual teletherapy programs for adults who reside within the State of Texas.
Mental Health Help Offered at New Dimensions
- Mental Health Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHP) – These programs are ideal for adolescents and adults who need intensive treatment, but who don’t require inpatient hospitalization. Clients attend approximately 6 hours per day 5 days per week and focus on resolving underlying emotional and behavioral issues. Clients receive medication management services, case management, and group therapy while they are in the program. The focus of the program is to teach clients effective strategies and coping skills to manage the stressors of life and improve their overall mental health.
- Mental Health Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) – This program is approximately 3 hours per day 5 days per week and is designed to be a less intensive alternative to our PHP program. Clients receive medication management services, case management, and group therapy while they are in the program. The focus of the program is to teach clients effective strategies and coping skills to manage the stressors of life and improve their overall mental health.
- Adult Substance Abuse Program (IOP) – This program is 3 hours per day 3 to 4 days per week. The program is designed to help clients overcome their addictions and develop the skills they need to create a lasting sobriety.
- Dual Diagnosis Programs – New Dimensions has separate programs for mental health and substance abuse issues. Individuals who are experiencing dual diagnosis issues are able to attend both programs so that they can effectively deal with both their mental health and substance abuse issues.
- Family Oriented Adolescent Programs – Our adolescent programs have a strong family component. We not only help teenagers, but we also focus on helping parents learn effective strategies to better help their teen.
- Psychological Testing – New Dimensions provides psychological testing services for children, adolescents, and adults. Testing can help identify issues such as ADHD, autism, bipolar disorder, or learning disabilities.
- Interventions – Sometimes an intervention is required in order to get an alcoholic or drug addict into treatment. Our team of trained interventionists can help you help your loved one who is struggling with addiction.
- Individual, Family, and Couples Therapy – Outpatient therapy is provided through our affiliate at www.mhthrive.com.
- Online Virtual Intensive Outpatient Treatment Programs – New Dimensions provides online IOP programs for adults who reside within the State of Texas. These programs are ideal for adults who need intensive treatment, but who are unable to come to one of our in-person locations.
