Our Leadership Team
Randy Brazzel, MBA, MA, LPC, LMFT
Randy Brazzel is the CEO of New Dimensions Day Treatment Centers. Mr. Brazzel is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 30 years of clinical experience. He has a Master’s in Clinical Psychology from the University of Houston – Clear Lake and a Master’s in Business Administration from Rice University. Mr. Brazzel has extensive expertise in working with adolescents, adults, couples, and families that are struggling with a variety of issues, including depression, anxiety, grief, anger, trauma, conflict resolution, marital conflict, alcohol and drug abuse, and behavioral problems.
Rebecca Rucker, MA, LPC-Supervisor, LMFT
Rebecca Rucker, MA, LPC-S, LMFT, is the Director of Organizational Development for New Dimensions Day Treatment Centers. Her primary responsibilities are to promote the business development of the organization while supporting the quality of client services that are representative of a JCAHO accredited organization. Rebecca’s career spans over 35 years of clinical experience in psychiatric hospitals delivering inpatient group psychotherapy with adults, adolescents and their families. She has developed and implemented intensive outpatient, school based and community mental health programs to deliver clinical services to children, adolescents, adults, and families. In addition, Rebecca is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and a Licensed Professional Counselor and Supervisor training masters and doctoral level practicum students and interns toward full licensure.
Rebecca’s keen interest is in conducting training and consultation for mental health service providers on ethical issues and ethical-legal conflicts in clinical practice. She is a Clinical Member and frequent speaker to the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapy and the Texas Association of Marriage and Family Therapy. She is a Clinical Member of the American Mental Health Counselors Association and the National Association of Employee Assistance Professionals. In the local Houston area she conducts ethics trainings for her colleagues in the Houston Chapter of the Employee Assistance Professionals’ Association, the Houston Counseling Association, and the Houston Licensed Professional Counselor Association. In 2011, Rebecca co-founded a collaboration of business development liaisons of psychiatric hospitals, residential treatment centers, outpatient mental/behavioral health, and chemical dependency treatment providers. She is a former board member of this group, the Greater Houston Area Treatment Providers, whose mission is to provide resources to clients along a continuum of care.
Gary Hilliard, BS, LCDC
After receiving a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Banking and Financial Institutions at the University of Houston, Gary Hilliard, BS, LCDC worked as a banker for several years prior to a second career as a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor. Gary started his career as an addictions specialist with the Cenikor Foundation in Dayton, Texas, where he worked for four years. In 2011, Gary joined New Dimensions Day Treatment Centers where he works as the Director of Substance Abuse Counseling.
