I have a genuine love for the work I do, as I know what it is like to sit on both sides of the therapy chair as well as navigate sobriety. I believe that we all have the ability to heal from our pasts and grow into our futures. I also believe that every person deserves to create a beautiful, fulfilling life for themselves and can do so by practicing vulnerability, resiliency, and authenticity. Let’s grow together.
